Shimelle's Cropping Weekend Challenge #8

Well, I had all the plans in the world to complete all 16 challenges from last week's Shimelle Cropping Weekend, but when your dog eats rat poison, you spend the day at the vet.  This may be the last challenge I complete.  It is also in combination with "My Favorite April Picture" from TWELVE.  How fitting since it is a picture of the same dog, which we took to the vet.  Challenge #8 was to create a project using 1 stamp you should use more often.  I chose to use a very large block "grid" stamp.  I have no idea what to do with it; so, I used the stamp as a background with the scraps from the layouts I created this month for TWELVE.  It is a picture of my dog looking over her shoulder at me with an innocent face as if saying, "What?  I didn't do that?"  So typical!

  1. I love this layout. The photo is priceless! I also love your use of snippets--I'm totally trying that one! I do hope your dog is OK. :-)

  2. This layout is stinkin' cute!! I love the use of all of the papers, and the photo makes me smile!!!

  3. awww, I'm loving this! The layout and the dog! :) Thanks for the comment on my blog, btw! I really miss all you guys in that class too. :(
